In this session.... we will focus on listing scripts and dialogue for real estate professionals! Learn effective communication to secure listings and drive success. Master proven scripts and techniques to engage sellers, address concerns, and close deals confidently.

Can't join all the sessions, that's completely fine! Join the sessions that you can make or the ones you'd like to focus on if you handle more sellers or buyers.


This session is HEAVILY Encouraged for In-Person Attendance due to role-playing and having value added with in-person discussions and exercises. 


  • Groups or Team Offices that will have multiple attendees together and present or if agents have another with them, you may still participate via zoom to facilitate the exercises. 
  • Note: if attending via zoom solo, this session may not have the value added as attended, if solo, please try to attend in-person or join with another agent.
